From the return of a Taco of the Month favorite to new shrimp tacos and a shareable appetizer, there are even more reasons to stop by for your next taco night.
Our Chicken Alambre Tacos were such a hit as a Taco of the Month that we knew they deserved a permanent spot on the menu.
Packed with grilled chicken, smoked jalapeño cheddar sausage, chorizo, caramelized onions, melted asadero cheese, guacamole, and cilantro, Chicken Alambre has quickly become a Taco Stop favorite. If you missed them during their original run, you can now enjoy them whenever the craving hits.
You asked, and we listened! Our Philly Cheesesteak Tacos are officially back by popular demand.
This Taco Stop creation puts our own spin on the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak. Whether they were one of your favorites earlier this year or you never had a chance to try them, now is the perfect time to order a plate.
We’ve also heard from plenty of amigos asking for more shrimp options.
Our new Fajita Shrimp Tacos have officially arrived, bringing another seafood option to our Fort Collins Mexican food menu. If shrimp tacos are usually your go-to, make sure these are on your list for your next visit.
